Why did you become a Health Professional?
I've always been involved in sport and fitness and after spending many years in a job I didn't enjoy I took the plunge to become qualified personal trainer so I could help others become healthier, fitter and happier. Being healthy is very important to me.

Seeing people become healthier, fitter and changing their lifestyle for the better.
What sporting achievement are you most proud of and why?
Completing the Marathon Des Sables (6 marathons in 6 days across the Sahara Desert). GB trialist for American Football. Guiness World Record Holder in 2011.
What's your ultimate sporting goal?
To complete a full Iron Man triathlon.
What's your best tip for keeping fit and healthy?
Keep your body guessing, vary your workouts. Stops boredom and gets best results.
What's your most embarassing sporting moment?
Whilst training a married couple they had a major row over something that had happened previously in the day and nothing to do with the training!
