Why did you become a Health Professional?
I have always enjoyed keeping fit and healthy, so being able to help other people achieve their goals and enjoy it as much as I do was a dream come true. I never get up in the morning, not wanting to go to work, I love my job. I get to meet some amazing people and help them through their fitness journey, weather they have never exercised before or are training for an event or wanting to lose weight. I love the challenge every client brings. Always try to find new exercises and things they can try, you never know what session you are going to get!!

What is the most satisfying part of your job?
Helping my clients achieve their goals and working them hard!
What sporting achievement are you most proud of and why?
I ran the Tewkesbury half marathon nearly 3 years now and finished it. I am not a long distance runner, this is the longest run I have ever done.
What's your ultimate sporting goal?
I would love to do a Triathlon when I have recovered from my injury.
What's your best tip for keeping fit and healthy?
Small and often, try and walk instead of driving, stairs instead of the lift. Get your friends and family involved this makes it more fun. Try and find something you enjoy, keeping fit will be more fun.
