Boot camp, are you ready for the challenge?

Check in is 6.30pm where you will have a group fitness assessment to determine who you will be training with over the weekend. There will be one trainer to four participants. You will need to bring li-lo or camp bed and sleeping bag as it will be true boot camp style. A full kit list will be sent to you as soon as you sign up.

Saturday will start early with a smoothie and outside activity, then it’s back to the gym for breakfast. All your food and drink is provided all you need to bring is your training kit (plenty of it). The whole day is full of activities, indoor and out with a trip to Spirit Health Club later in the day for swim, sauna and Jacuzzi. Saturday evening is relax time with a fun nutrition talk.

Sunday is as fun packed as Saturday finishing off the weekend with a lovely relaxing yoga session, feedback and goodbyes by 5.30pm. A full itinerary will be sent with your welcome pack. Any dietary needs can be catered for.

Everyone will receive a goody bag with recipes of all the meals provided, vouchers and much more. If you have any medical conditions we recommend you consult your GP before taking part. Everyone will be required to complete a medical screening form.
