Meet The Team

Due to demand Les now has Richard Phillips, Vicky Groves (Personal Trainers) and Clare Slinn (Nutrition and Weight management consultant) working with him to maintain the high standard of training and advice to all clients. With this extra staff we can cover more areas to provide training for more people.

Personal Trainer, Nutrition Weight Management Consultant, Applied Sports Nutrition Advisor,GP Referral, Functional Rehabilitation, Psychology of Behaviour Change Advisor, Core and Stability, Circuits, Fitball, Bosu, Body Blade, Kids Fit and Indoor Cycling Instructor.
Sport and Recreation NVQ Level 2, coaching teaching Instructing.
Fitness and Nutrition Diploma.
First Aid Qualified.
Lifeguard Qualified.
Advanced Instructor Full Member Reps Level 3

Rich Phillips

Rich Phillips- Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer, Sport and Recreation NVQ Level 2, Coaching, Teaching and Instructing.Advanced Instructor Reps Level 3, Circuits, Core and Torso Stability. First Aid Qualified.
Rich works for us part time doing Personal Training and Gym Inductions for the Zarlink workforce in Swindon. Rich likes the great outdoors and his speciality are events like "Toughguy!"

Vicky Groves PT

Vicky Groves - Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer,Advanced Instructor Level 3 REPS, First Aider. Vicky has recently joined us and brings with her a sound knowledge of the fitness industry, and has worked in a number of gyms.

Clare Slinn

Clare Slinn - Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor

Clare is responsible for all our Admin and also qualified to give Nutrition and Weight Management advice. She is usually the person you will speak to on the phone as she organises all our diaries.
Clare has completed 3 half marathons, numerous 10k's and survived a winter and summer Toughguy event! She is very active and has played Netball and Football in her past.
She will in the future be setting up Nutrition and Weight Management Classes.
